We decorated Easter Eggs with Daddy!
(I don't like messes so daddy does the pumpkin carving and dying of the eggs)
We received magic dust from the Easter Bunny. We took 2 jellybeans, sprinkled them with magic dust and the next morning we found lollipops. AMAZING!!!
The boys and I made fireflies out of leftover plastic eggs, pipe cleaners and battery operated tea lights. They love them so much and take them to bed with them at night.
(we have a ton of plastic eggs from the egg hunt at tumbleweed park. The boys must have brought home at least 200 eggs filled with candy)
Another way to use up old plastic eggs, fill them with glow sticks and fill the bath with glowing eggs.
Aunt Sarah bought confetti eggs and we had a confetti war at the park. I think the boys won. Sarah and I picked confetti out of our hair for a good 20 minutes.
We had our Easter dinner at Nana's house on Saturday night since the boys have school monday. The Easter bunny came to our house Saturday night (since when did Easter turn into Christmas). Spoiled, spoiled boys. The mound of toys, candy, clothes, games ect. was ridiculous. Aunt Sarah came over for bunny pancakes, bacon and orange juice. I'm sorry to say I took not a single picture. We had a lazy, crazy, sick, sugar high filled day.
This Easter bunny is ready for bed =)
