Cute Birthday Boy

We missed Great Grandpa's birthday due to the boys being sick so we decided to surprise him today with the most amazing handmade birthday hat (made by Landon) and Special Grandpa cookies ( a made up recipe with lots of butterscotch....grandpa loves butterscotch)

I only had 1 egg and 1 cup of flour, amazingly the cookies were delicious and I would make them again. I know grandpa enjoyed them because he told me they were delightful and I saw the crumbs on his face =)
