Mom of Two

I don't get many nights out with my husband.
I haven't slept through an entire night in over 4 years.
I have not worked out in months.
I usually have chipped toenail polish and my hair thrown in a messy ponytail (not even brushed)
I find boogers on my couch and toys in my bed.
Everyday I say "stop making your brother cry" at least a million times.
Everyday I wipe little bums and kiss ouchies goodbye.
Everyday I try to keep some form of organization.
Everyday I put on my newly purchased under eye cream and obsess over my first wrinkle between my eyes.
Everyday I play with my kids and my stress melts away.
Everyday I fall more and more in love with my little family.
On the days where I start to feel entirely too overwhelmed, I eat some candy, take a shower and shave my Sasquatch legs. Then I take a deep breath, kiss my babies and carry on.
I just might be able to swing this whole mothering thing after all.
